"I had a partial denture for about 15 years and it was constantly painful, slipping and a totally horrible experience. It broke for the second time so I went to The Jonathan Dental Spa. My decision was to have dental implants put in and the dentist put in five implants and four of which have already been crowned within three months. "I went to Dr. Jon to have him look at some stained bonding on my front teeth, but after a cleaning and some x-rays, we found cavities that my old-school (and old aged) dentist simply didn't have the technology (or the attention to detail) to see. Using a real-time camera he showed me my cavities and with a meter, he let me see how deep they ran. Numbers don't lie; we quickly set up an appointment to have my cavities dealt with. Today was my first visit, and he did 7 cavities! It sounds like a lot, but he works so quickly and it was so painless that I thought he only did 3 by the time he was done! Also, I got to pick my favorite station on pandora and he played music through the whole thing. (I was tapping my feet and humming along instead of cringing). "The first thing I noticed about the office was the waiting room. No more bad music and magazines with even worse art work from my old dentist. Dr. Jon has a fully stocked snack and drink lounge, a massage chair, cable TV and any magazine you can think of. The only problem is that I rarely get to enjoy the waiting room because he is so damn punctual! It's actually nice to know that neither of us is interested in wasting the others time. The visits are thorough but quick. Almost every time I have been to the office another piece of equipment has been upgraded. This goes for the technical tools that Dr. Jon uses to perform my dental work to the educational tools he uses to keep me better informed and to teach me what I am doing wrong. I could go on and on, but it would sound pretty nerdy and boring so I wont. Often more important than the dentist is the hygenist and office staff (in that order for me).
